Safety matters to us. Quarter Diving maintains Public Liability Insurance and Water Recreation Activity Liability Insurance for its operations and activities.

Insurance & Water Activity Safety

Taiwan's rules for commercial water recreational activities include liability insurance requirements intended to protect participants. The relevant amendment to the Water Recreation Activities Management Regulations took effect on February 24, 2023.

Public Liability Insurance

Provides liability protection, subject to policy terms, for covered incidents arising from business premises and related operations.

Water Recreation Activity Liability Insurance

Provides liability protection for covered water recreation activities in accordance with applicable regulations and the insurance policy.
