Emergency First Response (EFR)
Learn practical first aid, CPR and AED skills that can help you respond with confidence when an emergency happens — on land or around the water.
Prerequisites & Registration
- Emergency First Response has no fixed minimum age; participation depends on the learner's ability to understand and perform the skills.
- No scuba certification or diving experience is required.
- Provide a digital ID photo if needed for course records.
Course Structure
Knowledge Development (Theory)
Learn scene assessment, CPR, AED use, primary care and secondary care.
Emergency Care Practice (Classroom)
Practise CPR, AED and first aid scenarios in the classroom. No pool or ocean training is included.
Course Enquiries
Training schedules, medical clearance and certification requirements are subject to the current PADI standards and instructor review.
